Pawn shop aren’t my cup of tea but today I went wit a friend. Mostly rings priced for real cheap to more then I can afford. Tools all kinds a few coins nothing to write home about. I have been with Travis Credit Union for about nine years now and I have never had an issue and am glad that I chose them. But….I have had to go in a couple times within the last week and the main woman that sits to the left as you enter should not be in that position. I can not remember her name especially since she has acted as though she was annoyed and disinterested both times I have gone in. It is especially frustrating when I go into an institution and I am one that is trying to be as pleasant as possible to a rude representative. I have trained customer service in the financial Industry and I know that this woman needs some more customer in-service training on the attitude she portrays to the public because she is downright unwelcoming. I am sorry if she is having some sort of troubles, when you walk through that door and sit at that station you should engage with customers/members and make them feel welcome and if you can not do that, just stay home. – Maggie sampson
