The people here are kind and caring. Things can get busy in the late afternoon time slots but they are efficient even with all the extra precautions due to COVID (as of fall 2020). The employees are incredibly nice but it always takes so long to do simple transactions. They’ll have maybe one or two tellers available for the lobby and the drive up and a supervisor. The supervisor doesn’t do anything besides greet the patrons and then let you know that someone will be with you shortly. I’m at the drive through doing a simple deposit and it’s taking 10 minutes. – C Z
