It was a wonderful experience living in Lindenwold Towers Apts. Manager very attentive to tenants, always on hand 5 days a week. It was a joy to go to secretary who was always willing to help you. Also I have never experienced social worker so knowledgeable about her job to the point she will go beyond to make filling out forms painless as possible for seniors. If the ground keeper and maintenance see you struggling with bags was always willing to help. I especially love how they maintain cleanliness inside and outside building. It was a joy to see one person took pride in planting beautiful flowers, she truly have a green thumb. So I was proud to bring family and friends over. – Cheryl Scott

Dr. Genet goes above and beyond for his patients his staff is extremely kind and were very patient with me <I had a bit of a phobia of dentists>, the work he does is amazing!!! Needless to say I no longer have that fear as well as I have found my permanent dentist.

It is so difficult to find great health care providers and I must say that I hit the jackpot with Dr. Genet! He is so caring and understanding, it’s refreshing to find a dentist who actually cares more about your health then your insurance budget. So far I have been living here for 2 months and can say Im very happy we chose Chadwick Village Apartments vs others around the area. Though it is more expensive, the area is quiet, the walls are thick so you rarely hear others in general, maintenance has been quick to help (which has only been two things that weren’t vital issues), and being able to pay your bills through an app has made payments very easy to send. They also aren’t kidding about having a very large space for an apartment (check out the virtual tour!) Finally, contacting the management office is no hassle at all (most times i leave a message with my question/situation and get a call back within the hour).
I haven’t been here long but I don’t regret my decision in the slightest. If you can afford this place, I would highly recommend it for a relaxing cozy home. – Rebeca Jimenez
Lived here from February 2017 through September 2017. This was my first apartment and I absolutely loved it! My bedroom was HUGE! At one point I had a futon, queen sized bed and a twin mattress all in my bedroom, with room to spare! Also loved that I had two full sized closets, one of which was a large walk in. Before I found this little gem hidden in Lindenwold, I was about to move into a little 500 sq. ft. apartment in Audubon, but for only $60 more I ended up moving here and got a one bedroom 800 sq. ft. apartment for only $800 a month! You can’t beat the price per square foot here. At first I was a little leery of moving to Lindenwold after hearing horror stories about other complexes in the area, but this one was small, quiet, had nice neighbors and ended up being perfect for me. If it wasn’t for getting married, I’d still be living here. Really couldn’t have asked for more from my first apartment. – Tonya V.
I moved in Feb 2010 and loved it until feb 2014 when the neighbors from the lowest part of HELL moved in under me.They (she and her emotionally disturbed son) have an agenda specifically targeting me to make my life a living nightmare. Awesome pet boarding place. Their pricing is fair, however if you want additional service that is extra. They take great care of your pet and give updates daily whenever you call in for a status.
