I have had the opportunity to have my taxes done with this place twice. They are very good, helpful and friendly to all customers. My taxes were especially complex this year because of my 1099 work in addition to my W-2’s, but they handled it well and my tax return is already. The person who does my taxes is extremely knowledgeable, she has been doing our taxes for over six years now and every time it’s done in a professional manner with experience and knowledge of what she is doing, would not go any where else. I will say one thin thou, I was called several times to confirm my appointment, but who ever called me claims I did not confirmed my appointment, I did confirm the appointment, my appointment was given to someone else, so my waiting time was way longer than expected, please look into this and advise what happened. thanks – Jeremy Eriste
Very helpful. Never received one of my w-2s I was worried I wouldn’t be able to file and would be penalized but the great people were able to obtain my w-2 transcript by working with the IRS under my approval and permission too. Very great people, I could feel the care and attention. It was a warm comforting feeling from Claire Paul when she was working to get my w-2 transcript it was like sitting down and filing my taxes with my mother. Nacy finished my taxes for me with great knowledge of what I was eligible to receive and great tips on how to save recipes and write-offs, tips for future tax returns. Just amazing people – A citizen

We couldn’t be happier with the pool we had built recently from Sunsational. They were able to turn it into a custom tropical oasis that has a resort like feel. Everyone that came out to the house was extremely nice and willing to make sure that we were absolutely happy with our finished product. DO NOT PAY FINAL PAYMENT UNTIL ALL ITEMS ARE ADDRESSED! Had a pool built by them in 2016 and till this day they have not followed up or closed out all issues. The work they had done was good until the last payment was made and only some, but not all the outstanding issues have been addressed. Even after several times of follow up with Joanna and Ron. They are horrible at any followup, so if you go with them, hope you don’t have any follow up pending work to be done. Again, do not pay final payment until outstanding issues are addressed.
UPDATED 1/12/18: Was able to get in contact with the company again to come and finalize outstanding issues that were left over. I received a call from their Supervisor Lee who at the time was the project manager for my pool build. I was pleased to hear that the company had gotten rid of some bad apples and seeing Lee move up seems to show they are taking correct steps to improve. Once I got chatting with Lee he was shocked that this was still left over and not even a week later all the issues I had, have been addressed. – Andres Guarnizo

Made me wait 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. Did a name change on my debit card, told the lady there was an issue with my name for my debit card she didn’t put the spacing right, she said oh don’t worry it will come out correctly when it prints. I leave with my new card and what do you know the name is WRONG! They need better people working here, need better customer service and knowledge of what they are doing. – Tiff P
I’ve been a PNC customer for 5+ years. I called the Loxahatchee branch to find out if they had notary service. They put me on hold, then came back and said no problem. I drove 12 miles out of my way with the other party to sign the documents. When we arrived, they had us wait for 5 minutes, then went thru all the documents. After all of that, the notary refused to notarize the documents because the other signing party was not a PNC customer. That was really terrible customer service, and I believe it was in violation of the Notary Code of Conduct – Undue Cause for Refusal. Fortunately, there is another business in the same parking lot that provides honest notary service and was able to notarize the documents in a few minutes. – Ethan Bradley
