Well manicured, professional, and convenient shopping/business center with a large selection of stores and good variety of restaurants to choose from. It is a little tucked away from 360, so you want to keep an eye out for your turn.

This Gold’s Gym is a very nice facility. Well put together and extremely clean. They have a pool and sauna. The water is very clean. They run out of hot water in the showers. They need to fix the problem with the hot water. Other than that this is one of my favorite Gold’s gym. – William Schares

We had a wonderful experience with Chelsea and the Central Earwell of Austin. Chelsea was very knowledgeable and really helped our son. She was always timely with appointments and thoroughly answered every question we had. I would recommend her to anyone needing help to shape their infant’s ears. – Scott Seaton
Chelsea was so great. She could tell I was anxious about the process of my little needing to go through this. She was gentle with him and made us both so comfortable. It’s hard for us to figure out how to start. Chelsea has been by far the most phenomenal medical professional we have ever worked with in our entire lives hands down. It’s not even close. We were on the fence with EarWells, and she wasn’t pushy at all. Just informative with all of our options. We ended up going with her and it was the right decision.
While we were there, she noticed a bump on our newborns head and recommended we get it checked out. She recommended the appropriate doctors, and we were able to get our baby checked out immediately. Throughout the whole process Chelsea allowed us to text her with questions or updates (even on her vacation with her family). Our newborn also had a burn on his stomach and she helped us with that as well.
Throughout the entire EarWell process she was there to answer questions that popped up.
Also, we never waited more than 2 minutes when we had a scheduled appointment. It was important to her that we get in and out and not have to sit around.
She truly cares about her patients and EarWell Centers of Austin are lucky to have her. The whole staff was professional as well. We could not have imagined a better experience. – Alex King
